How it Works
Contact Me. Tell me a little about what you want from your personalised poem. I don't need huge amounts of detail, but tell me who you are, who the poem is for and what it is to be about. Is it for a special occasion? Give me an idea of the mood you would like to capture; happy, sad, romantic, celebratory, reflective, nostalgic Often this is enough for me to work with, but do give me as much information as you can about what it is that you would like me to write for you. The better the guidelines, the more easily I will be able to give you what you are looking for. Below I have listed some questions to guide you through if you find that easier. |

What do I need to craft your perfect personalised poem or lyric?
Let me ask you a few questions.
I will be happy to read and consider your guidelines, and ask for any further information I think would be helpful. I will then quote you a price for the work and tell you how long it will take me to deliver to you. This will depend upon the complexity of the written piece, but I will give you a firm price and timescale.
From my receiving your initial enquiry this should take no more than 48 hours. After that, upon receipt of your payment I will write your poem or other composition. You will have the opportunity to review a draft version of the piece before final delivery.
If you have requested that your poem be presented as artwork and you have specific images you would like incorporated then I will need these to be supplied as a digital image in a standard format (e.g. jpg). If you need a specific size for the final image then please detail this in advance.

- What exactly is your written composition for? A person? An occasion? A lyric? Something else?
- If your piece is for a person, is it for a Birthday? Anniversary? Proposal?
- If you want a written piece for a person, a friend, your husband or wife, what can you tell me about them? What are their interests? How did you meet him or her? What do you do when you are together? What do you most enjoy together? The more I know about the person, the more effectively I can craft your chosen theme
- Do you have a favourite song lyric or piece of poetry which you would like re-written or personalised - your own"Our Tune"
- What mood would you like for your written composition? Romantic? Nostalgic? Humorous? Sensual? Lively and active?
- How do you want your written piece to be delivered to you? For a simple e-mail of the words, there is no charge, but you may wish to have a professionally printed or framed version. In this case decide what style you would like and again I can offer you options and prices. I can produce for you the artwork for a beautiful printed version of your written work. You may simply accept the image, or for a small extra fee the finished work can be printed and posted to you.
